Detailed Information Description
This is a simple, passive sync combiner! This takes in a standard VGA connection through DSUB-15, and combines the horizontal sync and vertical sync into a single sync.
Use case for this would be for example, going from PC to a PVM, or consumer tv with SCART, since those are RGBS signals typically.
I actually first implemented this circuit into my projects because I was using the GBS Control and found out it doesn’t like downscaling RGBHV(VGA) for some reason, so I had to convert it to RGBS to get it to play nice.
What comes in the box?
1x VGA Sync Combiner
Various Sticker! lol
*Shipping on over 4 units will be discussed as price will increase due to size and weight.
*Due to the nature of ordering units only when I receive enough funds, as well as 3D printing the cases myself, and 3D printers naturally having issues once in a while, shipping times will vary greatly since I’m a one man operation, but I do my best and every order gets fulfilled one way or another! lol
*This also means when these are in backorder status, you may place an order, but you may not receive it for an extended period as I don’t order more to be built until I’ve received enough to do so.
Unfortunately, due to shipping costs with the company I order from, which increased literay 4x the original shipping cost, the price on these needs to increase by $4 to compensate . I do apologize for the inconvenience, but we all know the silly inflation has impacted everything lol.

This was the missing piece in my PC to CRT puzzle. Before using this sync combiner, I was able to get an image using a VGA to SCART cable. Of course, it never worked quite right due to the sync being split. Now I place this handy little device right before my VGA to SCART cable and it sends a perfect RGBs signal to my television. I can finally use Retroarch on my TV!
